This is occurs when one executes a particularly violent shart or a series of particularly violent sharts, causing one to feel like one's rectum has ceased to become and internal organ in order to become an external organ.
The violence of the shart recquired for this phenominen to occur is such that they occur very rarely and even then only in the highest circle of Shartisans.
