What is Shaving?

The process of dragging a sharp metal blade across the face or legs to raise unwanted hair cells from the surface of the body and slice them off, often causing blood loss, pain and the possible need for small pieces of toilet paper to be attached to the face.
Shaving is carried out as a matter of comfort (men) or to conform to societies rules of attractiveness (women).
She slid the razor up her legs in the bath.

Shaving friends refers to removing friends that you had previously accepted as a friend from your Facebook, Twitter, Etc. Page ... after they've had a chance to noisy around your page - you shave them off a few weeks later (and they don't get notice of it)
Tom began shaving certain friends off facebook when they started posting curses on his page.

1.)Having an exceptionally crazy good time; joking with friends, often but not necessarily under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Originates from the city of Zagreb in Croatia.
2.)Occupying oneself intensely with something in a positive or pleasurable way.

Shaving, sh-a-v-in-g: means ssshhh, as in be quiet but more that one is ashamed and doesn't want anyone to find out, and/or they are afraid what others would do if they found out + a v, which means a "to to" (v is the 22nd letter of the alpahbet) or a homosexual + in, which means that they are "in" with the sodomites + g, which means perfect, g being the 7th letter of the alphbet, and the number seven meaning perfection (perfect, complete, satisfied). There are some who think the way you shave indicates how you are "to to," or how they would like you to be "to to." For example, do you shave across, down, etc.
