What is She Hulk?

A female, small in stature, who can at any time become amazingly strong and agressive just by changing her mood. Often times spotted wearing shirts with very loose collars and large necklaces, just for the chance that the 'She Hulk' may be unleashed at any random time.
man; 'hey lil momma!'
She Hulk; 'what did you say to me?'
man; 'ummm.... holy crap, whats happening to you?'
