extremely ugly, so hideous you can't help but laugh. Way past ugly or malfigured or even grotesque. Unfathomable ugliness. The biggest diss one can get. Just so disgusting it's unbelieveable. It makes you cringe. Makes you want to prejectile vomit all over yourself.
