What is Shenlon?

a.) An interesting man who usually carries around a melting clock, even though it doesn't tell time. He can usually be seen with fish floating through his head. He is usually quiet, though it's understandable, since, when he speaks, it only comes out as gibberish. He is thought to have lost his mind long ago.
