A Shichong Nooblet is someone who's completely ignorant to what really happens in the back of an asian restaurant. Nine times out of ten this is also the person that tags along with you and your friends and is completely oblivious to the utter distain felt for him/her.
Examples:
Guy 1: Hey do you hear that baby crying?
Guy 2: You're such a shichong nooblet. They're frying up some baby for us. That sound you heard was fried baby goodness in it's beginning stages.
