A person of any ethnic backgound exibiting traits of inconsistensies and/or shady behavior. A person who plots ways to scam friends/family out of money or other valued belongings. A two-faced individual who manipulates there way into the lives of others only to utilize and abuse the benifits for the sole perpose of benifiting themselves.
