To "shuffle/cough etc nervously" or to "look shifty" etc so as to deliberately and humourously imply some semblence of guilt/culpability. Mostly used in chatrooms where the action of "shiffling" can't be physically seen.
Chatroomname1: It's not like you fancy the guy or anything!
