What is Shimba?

A word originated in the western part of the upper peninsula of Michigan. It can be used to express importance, desire for someone or something to pick up the pace, or to climb up something.
Al : Go on dog, get in the truck, shimba!
Cole : Come on fatty, we can't wait here all day, come on, shimba.
Dirty : You could probably shimba up there and fix that rail.
