What is Shirt Collector?

A player or athlete who switches teams frequently when things dont go their way. This person appears to be unloyal to his team mates and/or fans. So he keeps the team "shirts" and stuffs it in his closet and a shirt collection begins.

He left us to go to another team, and now he's leaving that team now, so he's just a shirt collector! This definition comes from Ni cole C. of the ADW softball league.
