What is Shish-ka-bitch?

Shish-Ka-Bitch is a term used when a man (Very Well Endowed), has sex with a woman in the doggy style position. The term comes when he inserts into one end of the female, and he also exits at the oposite end of the female. (Like a Shish-Ka-Bob on the BBQ) This term was first introduced Sept 12th 2008 in Ocean City MD. It has been documented on a few rare ocasions that it has worked. One Such time was Robert G (Born Sept 30th 1977 in Point Pleasant NJ)was with a midget stripper named Little Pixie and preformed the Shish-Ka-Bitch manover.
