Someone who is worse than a douche bag, but not worth killing off.
They are usually jealous of everyone, rude, and complain about their life...a lot. They also try to break up perfectly good couples.
guy 1: "she's not right for you, man. She flirts with everyone!!"
guy 2: "No she doesn't. Dude, you're being a shit hat. Just back off and let us be happy, okay?"
guy 1: "...shit hat? wtf"
guy 2: "That's right. I went there."
