Importantly, shit rock is either a noun, verb or adjective. Including, but not limited to describe heavy Metal from the 80s, and could be a slang term for any drug. It can be used in expressions to describe something really good or really bad. However, it does not have to make sense. Differently, shit rock can be used separately as shit or rock but usually it is combined.
