The act of shitting into a condom and twisting the end to give it the appearence of a sausage encased in a thin film of grease.
Last night, Georgio, Pasqualli and Papa Schwirtz came over for some tasty shit sausage, garlic bread, and "maybe some spaghetti." Needless to say, the room smelled like shit once their food started digesting and expelling from their anus in a gaseous form.

Basically, people who cover up their real identity that they are complete lumps of shit, and use fake human skin to cover it up.
