A variant of the "rusty trombone", this is where, after taking several kinds of laxitives, a man asks his partner for a rusty trombone. One they have assumed the position, with their mouth right in front of the man's cornhole, he drops a stinky duece right in their face (mouth, if possible) and yells "SURPRISE!"
