What is Shit Tactic?

A strategy used in 2D or 3D fighting video games such as street fighter, where the player relentlessly hurls projectile attacks(i.e. the hadoken) in rapid succesion, to defeat the opponent. This tactic is considered newbish but used in the right hands can be somewhat effective in annoying an inferior player.
John: My brethren, word has it that you were mercilessly defeated by Christopher in Street fighter.
Ray: Readily, I say to you, that had it not been for his infernal use of the "shit tactic" I would have prevailed and been victorious in this bout of virtual skill.
