Shitbailing is a delicate process of running as fast as one can away from an awkward situation. One must call out Shitbail! before running.
When a man is having sexual relations with a female for the fun of it, believing there are no strings attached and the female asks to "Take it to the next level." (having a relationship that might mean something) the man must proceed to shout out "SHITBAIL" as loud as possible and run the hell away.
