A slang term used for when a male has a giant penis (a.k.a. "Hung like a horse" for the COLT in the word) and he shoves the fully erect state into the rectum all at once, causing all of the fecal matter to either be smeared all onto the penis or pushing it back farther into toe body causing pain to the female or male.
Guy: Did you have fun last night?
