What is Shitdive?

A domicile lacking in any sort of class, cleanliness, or quality. They can be easily recognized by the abundant mould, and other parasitic creatures. Shitdives are especially susceptible to floods and excessive roommates.
"Should we go to Mitch's tonight?"
"No, it's a real shitdive. It's totally sweatballs. Let's never talk to him again."
