1) A particularly devious plan when someone shits on a rug. And then flips the rug upside down so no on can see. But they obviously can see and so it's a crap plan. Literally. WHAT A STUPID THING TO DO.
2) Used as an expression for when something is just.....amazing. Or disgusting
