What is Shitonastick?

It's kinna like shit in a cone, but it comes on these little popsicle sticks. People named Casey really like them a lot.

Only two known ways to prepare shitonastik. 1) By using hands to gather shit around the popsickle stick, much like how a fish stick or chicken nugget is formed. 2) By allowing stick to be thrust into the anus and twirled as to allow build up of shit on stick.
