(n) Shit-skits: Extremely lumpy and brown biscuits. Usually produced by the ass, and consumed by many Mexicans. Usually broiled with a light buttery sauce, and served with a low-fat strawberry jam.

P1: "Man, I've been having a bad day today. It's worse than a mexican "shitscuits" fiesta."
