What is Shittunity?

The small window of opportunity you have to go poop when you first start feeling like you need to take a crap. This window goes away if you ingore the urge or don't take time to go poop right then. If you don't get your crapping done within this window, you may be screwed the rest of the day.
Man, I missed my shittunity this morning and I've been stopped up ever since.
