What is Shmaco?

When you have only one piece of bread for a sandwich so you put the stuff inside of it and fold it in half, similar to the tortilla of a taco. Also known as the frugal mans sandwich. The H is loud, meaning it has nothing to do with either word, it is just necessary in it because i said so.
