Originally defined on the movie "Knocked Up" as another word for abortion, more recently coined by socialite groups in Los Angeles and Orange County, California as another word for Cigarette, Snack, Or Cocktail, or any other substance or object generally regarded as desireable.
Dave:"Do you have shmamorshions?"
Marcey:"yes, lets go Smoke"
Lance: "I'm going up to the bar, do you want shmamorshions?"
Lauren: " Sure, I'll have a glass of Champagne"
