What is Shmoogi?

A game with two players played in school. The object of the game is to tap your opponent's elbow when they're not looking. Their elbow must be creased at a right or acute angle for it to count. A tab is kept to see who gets the most points in one day. The one with the most taps (points) wins.

Simone: I always forget to pay attention to my elbow! Shmoogi is so hard! I'll get you back tomorrow!
