What is Shmutzen?

I small flake of food, or a ball of lint, or any other type of residue stuck to a part of the body unknowingly. Synonyms include: blecky, feetadee, or generally schmootz.
"Hey fucker, I told you 20 minutes ago, you got some shmutzen on your lip."
"Chill out swazel, get that blecky on the ground there"
"Hey Jeff, what's that feetadee on the floor? Its on my pants too."
