What is Shninkus?

A multi-functional word used to describe someone. Used, mostly, as a semi-derogatory word, but sometimes, jokingly usually, used in a good way. Shninkus has no real meaning, or translation, it is more of a word to use when you can't think of another word.
Wow, Julie is such a shninkus.
