The act of shitting and vomitting simultaniously after a long night of drinking, possibly mixed with perscription drugs.
After Paul's blackout birthday party at the thirsty turtle, Jay came back to the dorm and was shomitting after drinking way too much mixed with muscle relaxants. This resulted in a trip to the hospital, and a night where no one can forget the little bit of what they remembered.
