What is Shoot Nacca?

Supposedly a common phrase between black people.
I only learned this from a friend of mine in school who eventually got me hooked on the word "nacca". I hope this addiction doesn't cost me my life. It's not like I hate black people or anything! /_ but people just don't get it....
"Shoot nacca!"
PRONUNCIATION:
"shoot nah-koo" , "shoot noo-koo ", "shoot nah-kuh" , "shoot nuh-koo" , etc; the 'oo' or 'uh' sound is supposedly silent.
