What is Shootin Tard?

When one becomes a little too trigger happy while playing a first person shooter, especially Halo 3. The angst caused from lack of action causes one to shoot wildly and even a little towards teammates.
(Hiding in fort with one other teammate on sandtrap with lack of action)
(shoots a few shots at teammate)
