Shopping for luxurious items when you are poor, rather than spending money on necessities. More often than not, people that do this are also crack whores.
Monifa: "Lily, Shall we go shopooring?"
Lily: "Actually, my children are hungry and malnourished. They don't sleep at night due to hunger pains. But I would love to go shopooring, I need an alligator skin scrunchie!
