What is Shortplank?

Derogatory term for a skateboarder. Refers to behaviour which is stupid, immature, jockish or inconsiderate, as popularized in the 'Jackass' TV series and Movies.
Skateboarders ride on a short plank of wood and "Thick as two short planks" is a well known term for a moron.
