(v.) To shotgun a beer whilst urinating. Most commonly done amongst a group of two or more friends. The Shotgun Willy is a great and new way to shotgun a beer and is a symbol of freedom and American ingenuity. In originated in a Pasadena backyard in the early summer of 2009.
