What is Shotgunning Blood?

Usually performed on cops, the shotgunner uses a sharp object (usually a machette) to cut of the victim's penis. Then the shotgunner places their mouth over the hole and cuts off the victim's head. The blood is now free to gush out of the hole. Similar to shotgunning a beer.
That cop was gonna write me a ticket, until I started shotgunning blood from that pig!
