What is Shougar?

An older woman that is a corporate shark by day, and a cougar by night. She can be seen marching up the corporate ladder through her finely honed political skills during the week, then pursuing 19 year olds at state colleges on the weekends. She's pretty much my favorite animal.
"Karen may be a Senior Vice President, but her poolboy says she's a total shougar."
