What is Shpleedill?

A shpleedill occurs when a person slides their fingers underneath another person's chin. You start with an open hand under the chin, slowly close your fingers into a fist started with your pinky. As you are you doing that the fingers are sliding underneath the person's chin. As if tapping your fingers on the desk impatiently but on a chin.
Oh shit did you see jimmy get shpleedilled? He didnt even see it coming!!
Now that was a good shpleedill, your fingers were at best extension.
