What is Shrumplerdump?

Someone who is pretty much an overall annoyance and jerk in the way he/she does things. Also, they don't seem to really know where they are going, and are unfair.
"Gosh...I can't believe he still took that for full credit after the entire class failed...that teacher's such a shrumplerdump!"
"That shrumplerdump! He gives us homework then laughs at us for it! It wasn't even for a good cause!"
