verb. pronounced Shoobster. From a common indian first name "Shubha." Definition: to spice up a dish of curry to the extreme.
"So the other day this guy came in the restaurant and complained about the curry. Said the pakistanis do it so much better. Next time he came in with his girlfriend, I was force to shubhster his food."
