What is Shurlak?

A behavioral mode of when an individual becomes suddenly tipsy and gay.
This mode can be engaged only after continues work with numbers, spreadsheets or scripting computer languages. Often the behavior is accompanied by traits similar to symptoms of ADD (attention deficit disorder).
