To ramble aimlessly in an attempt to bestow knowledge upon the minds of eager law students. This practice commonly infuriates many, arouses some, and forces all others to peruse the Urban Dictionary.
After the professor spent the first 45 minutes of class discussing a problem that could have been answered sufficiently by a Special Olympian, we grew tired of all the Shwartzing and started making fart jokes.
