1. An adjective to describe something that is so sick (as in cool, see sick) that it must have a large package, and is therefore also hung (see hung). Sickhung is the ULTIMATE classifier to describe something as cool. Sickhung supercedes cool, awesome, rad, sweet, sick, excellent, etc. There are no (and never will be) adjectives that can supercede sickhung to describe something as cool.

2. An adjective to describe a man (or woman in rare instances) as having an enormous penis/genitalia.
