when you'll do anything to get sick because you know you're on the edge of being sick or you just dont want to have to go to work/school/meetings etc.
"hey i heard kelly was really with the cold"
*chelsea runs over to kelly*
"cough on me bitchh"
"but you're commiting sickicide!"
"i need to be sick now do it"
*cough*

"hey mom, i REALLY dont feel good, can i stay home"
