What is Siek?

A much cooler way to say "sick" do not use when describing something as disgusting, unless your into that kid of stuff.
A describing word. can be used in place of awesome, amazing, sick, hesh, gross, cool etc. Can be used with a "sooo" in front of it or lots of i's to add emphasis.
do not pronounce it "si-eek" you will sound like a freaken kook. its pronounced sick. its just looks alot better with an e.
Bad:
Oh god that guys head got bit off! thats so siek! ::faint::
Good:
Oh man! that guys head got bit off!thats siek as hell!
siek man
