What is Sikk One Daan?

None of us know the history of this saying, all we know is that it was progressed from the original "sikk" meaning "cool," and Daan is a person yet to meet for everyone out there, but this saying is just another way of saying "Good One" or "Well Done." It is often followed by a cool handshake or high five.
Chav #1 "Hey, I managed to achieve an E in my English exam!"
Chav #2 "woah! achievement! Sikk one daan! *High five*"
