Almost presents the idea that the simu-ripper has "smoked themselves retarded" A good simu-rip will involve a comfy seat, an invisible bong, an invisible lighter (complete with hand motions) several "air-tubes" and a cough or two. The simu-rip is not quite as common as the "invisi-joint" but equally effective...
The simu-rip can only be portrayed accurately by the experienced pot smoker.
