What is Siq Nasty?

(adjective):a term commonly used to describe things or people of unusual "coolness".
"Dude that's a siq nasty car you got there!" would be a correct usage of the phrase, whereas "Dude, that scab is so siq nasty... there's pus everywhere!" would not be the correct usage. In the latter case, one would want to use the term "sick nasty" instead.
