A permabanned IGN user who is known to use many accounts to back himself up. He uses his alt accounts to talk to himself to make it appear as if people are agreeing with him, which everyone else knows he is being an attention whore. Pef is the biggest loser on the NASCAR board. He likes to call people mental midgets, but compared to his microscopic brain, everyone looks smarter than he is. ONLY a retard needs to back himself up.
