Someone who is very odd and despite not being gay, says/does inappropriate and sexual things to that of the same gender.
<Person 1> Man, I just pissed my pants, I need to go to the bathroom to clean it up.
<Person 2> Can I come with you? I will watch you change and smell your soiled
pants.
<Person 1> Dude, you're such a sizemon, get away from me.
