After smoking a couple sizzurettes you will experience many of the same effects as being high from marijuana and drunk from vodka at the same time, with the addition of being very drowsy and having difficulty speaking (slurred speach)

Jay smoked a few sizzurettes and was walking into walls a half hour later. No one could understand what he was saying because of his slurred speach and not making any sense.
